How To Reach Full Production Mode And Absolute Productivity
Sometimes you just need a push into a deeper concentration method in order to reach you full production mode.
What I mean by that is, your full-throttle mode where you're just writing content, fixing blog errors, responding to emails, and you're able to focus on all that for just two whole hours a day I swear you can completely change your blog.

To Obtain This Mode You Need 100% full concentration.
To achieve full concentration you must silence all devices... put in some noise cancellation headphones, and even put your blue blockers on just breath.
Create a to-do list the correct way. And list all activities that need to be done today in order of relevance. The top priorities on top and smaller priorities on the bottom.

Now separate each activity into a time frame, say 1 hour. That is the amount of time you'll spend and you'll come back to them a second or third time until they are 100% completed.
I've created a sample of what mine looks like below:
Due DatesTasks Completion :
04/12/20 Homework for Ecommerce1 hr
04/20/20 Homework For Microeconomics1 hr
04/21/20 Blog Post Content 2 hrs
04/22/20 Youtube Post 1.5 hrs
(If you haven't already seen how you organize your blog check that our by clicking the image about.)
So I am sure your list is a lot longer than this one, but the good thing about it is it's your to-do so you can actually do 30-minute increments or mixed time increments so that you can ensure you have time to work on everything.
On items that are due today mark those in a separate color and work on those first and do not put a time limit.

This step is easy you just work on those items until they are 100% completed.
Soon as your due today tasks are 100% complete you can then start your timed tasks. Make sure not to overwork yourself though.
It's so easy to work 15 hours a day easily on the computer without needing breaks but that doesn't mean it is not healthy.
Once you've set you timer you are ready to get started.
Before you start writing you may want to start a breathing exercise where you breathe in and out for a total of 5 minutes. This will allow you to completely clear your mind.
Do you have all the supplies you need near hand? Or do you need to go grab everything to make sure you have everything you need within reach?
Now you need to access all work and get it organized before you start. Just place the items if they are tangible in order of they should be completed and then you got yourself a great starter kit.
By now you should be in total go mode. Your productivity level should be high and you should always keep a positive attitude even if you are feeling discouraged.
